Ingredients:

TRIVA Thai Tea 3-in-1 1 pack.
TRIVA 100% Thai Tea Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Hot water 200 ml.
Jelly powder or Gelatin Sheet 1 ½ Teaspoon
Condensed milk 1 Tablespoon
Black Jelly (Grass Jelly)

Instructions:

Mix TRIVA Thai Tea 3-in-1 and TRIVA 100% Thai Tea Powder with hot water
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, then add the jelly powder.
Stir lightly until the jelly powder fully dissolves, then turn off the heat.
Strain the mixture through a cloth filter for a smooth texture, then add the condensed milk.
Pour the Thai tea mixture into molds and let it set.

Tips:
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of black jelly to make the dish sweeter.
- Add 30 ml. of whipping cream into the mixture to create a smooth pudding texture.
