BUBBLE THAI MILK TEA

A sweet and aromatic from TRIVA’s 100% Thai tea powder, blend perfectly with the soft, delightfully chewy bubbles, it creates a modern Bubble Thai Tea recipe that’s ready to brew and ready to enjoy—every moment.

Ingredients:

- TRIVA 100% Thai Tea Powder 2 g.
- Hot water 80-100 ml.
- Sweet condensed milk 30-35 ml.
- Evaporated Milk 20-30 ml.
- Ice
- Cooked Bubbles 40-60 g. (about 1/4 glass)
- Brown Sugar (For mix with bubbles)

Instructions:

  1. Add the TRIVA 100% Thai Tea powder to a mixing glass.
  2. Pour in hot water and stir until the 100% Thai Tea powder is fully dissolved.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk to the tea.
  4. Stir well. Taste and gradually adjust the ingredients until you reach your preferred flavour.
  5. Prepare a serving glass. Toss the warm bubbles with brown sugar until the sugar melts, then add them to the glass.
  6. Fill the glass with ice, then pour the Thai tea over the top. Your Bubble Thai Tea is ready to enjoy.

Tips:
- Boil bubbles for at least 30 minutes, stirring gently at the beginning. Taste as you go until they reach your desired level of softness.
- For the perfect texture: Pour the Thai milk tea into the glass immediately. This helps lower the temperature of the bubbles, making them softer and more chewy.
