According to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, the data subject can request TAC Consumer Public Company Limited (the 'Company') to take action regarding their personal data. The data subject must provide information, reasons, and supporting documents as follows.

Proof of Identity Documents

I have attached the following documents to verify my identity, address, and authority to act on behalf of the data subject, so the company can process my request correctly.

Copy of the data subject's ID card and/or legal representative (if any)

Copy of the data subject's house registration

Power of attorney (if submitting as a representative) and copy of the representative's ID card, and please attach court and regulation information (if any)

Other documents to verify the data subject's identity (if any)

Supporting evidence for the request (if any)

Company Rights in the Role of Data Controller

The Company reserves the right to request additional information or documents from the applicant if the information provided is insufficient to prove that the applicant is the data subject or a legal representative. The Company may also reject the request in certain cases as required by law or if supporting evidence cannot be provided, such as:

You are unable to show supporting evidence clearly enough to prove that you are the data subject or a representative
The request lacks a valid reason, for example, if you do not have the right to request personal data or the company does not have the data you are requesting.
The request is frivolous, for example, if it is the same or repeated in the same form without reasonable cause.
The processing of personal data is for the purpose of expressing opinions, historical or archival purposes, or for public benefit, research, or statistics, and appropriate safeguards are in place.
The processing of personal data is for the purpose of establishing legal claims, compliance with or exercise of legal rights, or to comply with the law.
The request may negatively affect the rights and freedoms of others.
