MANGO NAM DOK MAI CHEESECAKE DRINK

A tropical indulgence combining the luscious sweetness of Thai Nam Dok Mai mango with rich, creamy cheesecake and crunchy pie crumble. Sweet, tangy, and refreshing — this dessert drink offers a delightful balance of fruity brightness and smooth richness in every sip.

Ingredients:

🧀 Cheesecake Cream Ingredients:
200 g cream cheese

80 g granulated sugar

150 g yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3–4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

🥧 Pie Crust Ingredients:
250 g crushed biscuits

40 g unsalted butter

Instructions:

🥧 How to Prepare the Pie Crust:
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter until fully combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a mold to form the base.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the crust to set.

🍰 How to Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice, and mix until well combined.

Add whipping cream and pre-dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese mixture. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.

Chill in the refrigerator for another 1–2 hours until fully set.

Once set, decorate the top with fresh mango pieces and drizzle with TRIVA syrup for an extra burst of flavor.
