Top Base:
1 teaspoon Uji matcha powder
1.5 oz hot water
Bottom Base:
1.5 oz TRIVA Yuzu Syrup
4 oz water
½ glass of ice (from a 16 oz glass)
1. Mix 1 teaspoon of Uji matcha powder with 1.5 oz of hot water until smooth.
2. Add 1.5 oz of TRIVA Yuzu Syrup and 4 oz of water into a blender.
3. Add ice (approximately 1½ cups, or the amount from a 16 oz glass) and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the blended yuzu mixture into a 16 oz serving glass.
5. Carefully layer the matcha mixture on top. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
